The story behind the care.

What shaped this, who built it, and why it exists in the form it does.

I graduated with my MBBS in 2017 and have been working in primary care in the UAE ever since. Alongside my clinical work, I am completing a Masters in Healthcare Management and Economics, and I have a growing interest in how artificial intelligence is reshaping the way care is delivered and understood.

My clinical background spans 7+ years of primary care in the UAE, including work across some of Dubai's most prestigious school environments. That work gave me something I did not expect: a close understanding of what healthcare looks like from inside an institution. I have built health clinics from scratch, written the policies that govern them, trained the teams that run them, and brought them to compliance in conditions that did not allow for much margin. It was demanding work, but it was also clarifying.

I have also been on the other side of the consultation room, and I know what it is to sit with symptoms that do not fit neatly into a test result, in a system that does not have the time to look further. That experience did not leave me. It is, in large part, why Hurmonaat exists in the form it does.

FanCare Solutions sits at the intersection of both of those experiences. It is built by someone who has seen the gaps from every angle, and decided to work in them rather than around them.

WHAT SHAPED THIS ─

Two environments. One observation.

Both programmes came from the same place: watching people not get what they needed from a system that did not have the time, the structure, or the depth to give it.

― HURMONAAT

Understanding what dismissal costs a woman

I have personally sat in the patient chair. I navigated hormonal disruption as a physician who knew enough to know something was wrong, and still experienced the absence of real guidance that so many women describe. That experience is not something I speak about in detail publicly.

But it is the reason Hurmonaat exists in the form it does: not as a generic wellness programme, but as the kind of sustained, specific, physician-led support I looked for and could not find. The one I would have wanted.

― MEDMARK CONSULTANCY

Building health infrastructure from the ground up

During COVID-19, I built and managed school health clinics from scratch. I taught myself the policies, the processes, the compliance requirements, and brought those clinics to KHDA standards while the rest of the world was figuring out how to function.

What I observed stayed with me: medical teams that genuinely wanted to provide good care but were working without proper systems, guidance, or support. That gap is not a failure of the people in it. It is a failure of structure. MedMark Consultancy was built to close it.

OUR APPROACH

Care that accounts for the whole picture.

FanCare operates across two very different environments. What connects them is the same conviction: good outcomes require more than a brief intervention. They require depth, continuity, and someone who understands the context they are working in.

Every programme under FanCare is physician-designed, evidence-informed, and built around the specific reality of the person or organization it serves. It's a considered response to a particular gap, not just a template applied to a problem.

It is not a flashy wellness trend or generic health advice. It is structured, physician-led support for people who deserve more than a 10-minute appointment, and for institutions that need more than a printed policy document.

 WHAT WE STAND FOR ─

Not reactive. Not generic. Not rushed.

The healthcare system is built for urgency. It responds well when something is acutely wrong. It is less equipped for the long middle ground, the persistent symptoms without a clear diagnosis, the school clinic without proper policy, the woman who has been told she is fine and knows she is not.

FanCare Solutions occupies that middle ground. Both programmes are designed to provide what the standard system structurally cannot: sustained, personalised, physician-led support that does not end when the appointment does.

That is the standard we hold every programme to, as our working principle.

FanCare Solutions is not a replacement for clinical care. It is what comes alongside it, and what should have been there all along.
