Group Participation Guidelines:

• All participants are expected to engage respectfully and uphold a safe, inclusive, and supportive group environment.

• FanCare Solutions reserves the right to remove any participant who violates group etiquette, shares harmful content, or disrupts the group experience — without refund.

Data Use & Shared Content:

• Any insights, resources, or tools shared within the group are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Group Confidentiality:

• While FanCare Solutions upholds confidentiality from our end, we cannot control what other participants share. All members are asked to respect privacy and not disclose shared information outside the group.

Group Program Participation:

• Your name, profile photo (if applicable), and general participation may be visible to others in the group setting (e.g. if hosted on Circle, Zoom, WhatsApp, or another platform).

• We will never share your individual health data, assessments, or personal responses publicly.

• Any recordings (if applicable) will be communicated beforehand and stored securely with access limited to active participants only.

• Participants are reminded that confidentiality within a group is built on mutual trust. While FanCare commits to protecting all stored data, we cannot guarantee other participants will do the same. Please use discretion when sharing personal stories in group discussions.
