It’s a 12-week physician-guided wellness journey designed to help you feel better, reduce chronic inflammation, and build sustainable health habits physically, mentally, and spiritually.
2. How is this different from other health programs?
We go beyond surface-level advice. Our approach integrates science-backed lifestyle strategies with timeless Islamic principles, focusing on your mind, body, and soul, all in a compassionate, community setting.
3. What do I get when I join?
Weekly sessions, practical tools ('FanCare Missions'), digital resources, community support, and one 1-on-1 health reflection session to personalize your journey.
4. Can I join even if I’m not “into health” yet?
Yes! You don’t need to be an expert. This program is for real people, in real life - whether you’re just starting or trying again.
5. Is this a weight loss or fitness program?
No. While weight and fitness may improve, our focus is deeper: reducing inflammation, restoring energy, balancing hormones, and reconnecting with your health values.
6. Is the program all online?
Yes. You can join from anywhere. Sessions are live (or recorded if you miss them), and we keep things easy to access.
7. What if I have a medical condition?
We don’t diagnose or treat conditions, but you can join if your doctor says it’s safe. Bring any questions or results to your 1-on-1 session with our lifestlye MD, and we’ll help you navigate next steps (not as a medical consultation).
8. How do the 1-on-1 sessions work?
Each fellow gets one personalized “health reflection and navigation” session during the program. You can share your concerns, goals, or lab results (if any), and get guidance- not a diagnosis.
9. Will there be support if I fall behind?
Yes. Life happens. We’re here to support you with check-ins, recorded sessions, and community encouragement. You're not alone in this.
10. How much time will this take each week?
On average, 4–5 hours a week (for session, reflections, and your FanCare Mission). You’ll weave small changes into your life, not overhaul everything at once.
