Most women who book a discovery call have spent years looking for someone who would actually listen. Not a 10-minute appointment, or a generic referral; a real conversation with someone who understands the connection between their hormones, their lifestyle, and how they feel every single day. That is what the discovery call is. It is free, 30 minutes, and with Dr Farida directly — a Doctor who has built Hurmonaat specifically for women whose questions have never been properly answered. She will ask about your symptoms, your history, your lifestyle, and what you are hoping to change. She will listen without rushing, and at the end of the call, she will give you her honest assessment - whether Hurmonaat is the right fit for you, what the programme would look like for your specific picture, and what you would need to do next. There is no obligation, no hard sell, just clarity; which, for most women with hormonal and/or metabolic symptoms, is the thing they have wanted most and received least.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & No‑Show Policies Booking We are committed to offering a smooth and respectful experience for every client. To help maintain clarity and fairness: ✦ All sessions must be booked through our official booking platform. ✦ A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete. ✦ Bookings can be made up to 12 hours before the session. Cancellation We understand that plans may change. To keep sessions fair and accessible for everyone: ✦ You may cancel up to 6 hours before the session with no penalty. ✦ Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the session incur a 10AED fee. ✦ Cancellations made within 5 minutes of the session start time incur a 20AED fee. ✦ Consideration may be given for genuine emergencies, reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Rescheduling If you need to adjust your appointment: ✦ Rescheduling is available up to 6 hours before the session. ✦ Frequent cancellations or rescheduling may lead to booking limitations to ensure fairness for all clients. Late Arrivals To respect everyone’s time: ✦ If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be closed and marked as a no‑show, with the applicable fee applied. No‑Show Policy We value the time and energy you invest in your sessions, and we honour that by reserving dedicated time for you. To maintain fairness and protect session availability: ✦ A no‑show is when a client does not attend the session and no communication has been made beforehand. ✦ For complimentary sessions, a 20AED no‑show fee will be charged to honour the reserved time. ✦ For paid sessions, a no‑show will be considered as the session having been completed, and the full session fee will apply. ✦ If no explanation or plausible reason is provided within a reasonable timeframe, the no‑show status and applicable fee will remain in effect. ✦ Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will also be marked as a no‑show. These policies help ensure that time, energy, and commitment are respected on both sides, allowing the space to remain supportive, reliable, and fair for everyone.
